Chelsea (aka the Modern Life Realtor) teamed up with me to create some new brand photos for a big change in her business. She already had a successful online education group called Pop the Cork Social, but she made a big leap to change to name to a name that more clearly describes what it’s all about — Modern Agent Social Club.

It’s her membership group where she shares SO much amazing social media content with her members, real estate agents who believe that old sales techniques are outdated and boring. They bring a new approach to buying/selling real estate, and Chelsea gets to lead them all through a major growth process in their own brands!

A New Website, A Rebrand, and Online Membership Program

Chelsea is a wonderful, warm, and outgoing woman who has built an impressive career on helping other real estate agents through her online membership. She has a wealth of marketing and real estate knowledge, and a knack for knowing what her readers want to learn in order to help them grow. She shows up in virtual cocktail hours called “Sips and Tips” which is her fresh take on a new topic every week, as well as Facebook ‘Live’s and Q+As with her members!

We decided on a couple different concepts for her session, but we KNEW we had to incorporate champagne (her gift to her clients who close on a home) and a few of her favorite things. She also stopped into my studio for part of the session, so that she could have a nice clean background for creating a variety of marketing and launch pages with the imagery. We also visited a coffee shop because she’s a huge iced coffee fan, and I can see so much of her easy-going, fun personality come through in these images.
