Milwaukee + Chicago Real Estate Agent Marketing + Brand Photos

Chelsea is the powerhouse behind Modern Agent Social Club, a large, successful membership program for real estate agents who want to shake things up and throw traditional real estate agent marketing tactics in the trash. She is based in the Milwaukee area, and provides so much value to those modern agents in the business who want to do things their own way. I was so excited to have a brand photo session with her recently, to provide her members with content for social media sharing! So we set out to take real estate agent marketing brand photos that really relate to her audience and members!

Chelsea needs to create lots of content as a marketing coach who runs a membership, so she’s constantly in need of great images that relate to real estate agents. But it’s not as easy to take all of the photos herself! She came to me mostly to get some completely custom, branded stock images of interiors and wfh (work from home) or work from anywhere lifestyle, as agents are almost always working on the go. Since she creates so much content, she needs fresh and new images to share with her members monthly.

We rented and photographed in a home out of state, but nearby to both of us in northern Illinois. This gave her a great range of images from many different rooms of a home, and perfect for modern real estate agents to use as images on their social media! We loved the bight, clean, open look of this home, and the little bits of charm throughout the whole space. The home office was particularly dreamy, lit from the sun porch with great french doors. What an inspiring space to work for the day.
