Modern Agent Social Club, founded and run by Chelsea Petersen and her team, is one of my Retainer clients so we shoot several times per year. We always do her Q4 photos in late summer, so that she has plenty of lead time to get these to her members for the start of Q4. I loved the chance to shoot some holiday content (in August) for Chelsea’s real estate agent membership. She plans her content out many months in advance, so we book locations and plan ahead. She brings props like seasonal candles, holiday trees and mugs, and disco balls for festive touches. We keep the details fun and also incorporate her membership merch pieces to keep it unique to her group.
