In 2022, Continuus Tech brought their team together in Milwaukee for their annual retreat, hosted at their downtown office on Broadway. As a company that works remotely throughout the year, this was a rare and meaningful opportunity for in-person connection. It wasn’t just about meetings and strategy. It was about team bonding, sharing ideas in real time, and making a little impact along the way. The retreat kicked off with a casual evening social, where teammates met face to face, many for the first time. Over cocktails and conversation, there were smiles, introductions, and plenty of laughter. The relaxed setting helped everyone ease into the next few days of collaboration.

On the first full day, the team rolled up their sleeves for a volunteer service project. Together, they assembled sandwich bag meals for Hunger Task Force, giving back to the local community while working side by side. It was the perfect way to ground the retreat with purpose and teamwork.

The second day shifted into learning and listening mode. With a workshop-style approach, the team participated in sessions designed to surface ideas, explore challenges, and talk openly about the company’s direction. These weren’t one-sided presentations. They were real-time discussions, where every voice mattered and no idea was too small to share.

What stood out throughout the retreat was the energy and focus this team brings. Continuus Tech may be small, but they are sharp, passionate, and driven by a shared purpose.
